Bandar Seri Begawan - A policeman yesterday pleaded guilty before the High Court to a charge of using criminal force and raping his daughter and denied another charge of rape.

The 37-year-old defendant, who cannot be named to protect the daughter's identity, forced his daughter who was nine years old then in 2006 to perform oral sex on him at their police housing home.

In 2009, the defendant raped his daughter aged 12 then also at their home.

The third charge alleges the defendant of raping his daughter when she was. 15 years old on a night in December 2012 at their home.

Justice Dato Paduka Steven Chong released the defendant on bail of $20,000 or two local sureties with other strict conditions.

The court has fixed the case for further mention on February 28, 2013.

DPP Pg Jasmine Pg Hj Bahrin prosecuted the case. Meanwhile, in the juvenile courts, the same victim was also a sexual prey to a 16-year-old boy.

The teen defendant pleaded guilty to having unlawful carnal knowledge of the 15-year-old victim at around 3am on February 3, 2013 at a home in Kg Bolkiah 'A'.

The case of juvenile offender will be further mentioned today.
