Thought of the Day:
"For many of us, there's a gap between the compass and the clock-between what's deeply important to us and the way we spend our time."

Phone Booths Damaged In Lumut

  • PDF

Bandar Seri Begawan - Two public phone booths (pic above) located at Sungai Bakong in Lumut were recently vandalised by irresponsible individuals.

According to the villagers, they believe that the vandals conduct their 'activities' during midnight when the area is usually deserted. Located in front of the Norhaimah Supermarket, this mishap has also disappointed foreign workers living nearby who utilise the public payphone to contact their families back home. It is hoped that the relevant authorities will replace or repair the phones as soon as possible.
