Bandar Seri Begawan - After a day full of trials and emotions, drivers who obtained the best scores have been designated as the Marque's ambassadors for the 2013 Nurburgring 24 hour race, Peugeot announced in a press release from local dealer, TCY Motors Sdn Bhd.

It was at the La Ferte Gaucher circuit that the 208GTi Racing Experience international final took place, with 40 drivers taking part (five per country), who had been selected in Belgium, France, Germany Holland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

On completion of the first three tests of the day, 16 finalists (two per country) would face each other at the wheel of the new 208 GTi on a timed lap of the La Ferte Gaucher circuit for the last test of the day, before finding themselves in front of the jury.

The five members of the jury, Cyrus Ayari, Eric Helary, Bruce Jouyanny, Jean-Pierre Nicolas, and Jean-Luc Roy, interviewed the 16 candidates to confirm their motivation and their potential to become an official 208GTi driver and ambassador for Peugeot.
