Bandar Seri Begawan - Talented young and seasoned individuals from various corners of the country showcased memorable performances during a cultural Pentarama in conjunction with the royal wedding of Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Hafizah Sururul Bolkiah and YAM Pengiran Anak Haji Muhammad Ruzaini bin Pg Dr Hj Mohd Yakub, which was organised by the Department of Information through the Nationhood and Community Section at the BSB Waterfront area in the capital last night.

Among the diverse cultural performances and segments was a poetry act entitled "Semarak Diraja" performed by Noor Hawadah, who had previously won an inter-college competition.

One of the segments which brought plenty of excitement and anticipation was a drama skit entitled Seri Kudidi, which describes a talented musician who plays the musical instrument "gulintangan" and one day finds himself in a dream with a girl called Seri Kudidi, unbelievably the title of his favourite music.

Cultural performances in many variations that form a true representation of Brunei's rich culture and tradition have been staged both in the parking area adjacent to the Royal Regalia building and the BSB Waterfront area since last Monday and will conclude tonight (Monday).
