Bandar Seri Begawan - A Malaysian delegation led by the Deputy Director-General of Malaysia's Prisons Department, Dato Hj Hassan bin Sakimon, visited Maraburong Prison on Friday. Upon arriving, the delegation was greeted by the Acting Director of Prisons Department, Awg Hj Ismail bin Hj Murat, along with senior officials of the department.

They were then briefed on the roles and functions of the department presented by the Head of IT, Public Relations and International Affairs, Hj Md Alsamuddin bin Abdullah Juna. The briefing was followed by a guided tour of Maraburong Prison.
