MPK Luagan Dudok Holds Korban Ceremony

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Kampong Luagan Dudok Village Consultative Council (MPK Luagan Dudok) in Tutong District organised a Korban ceremony at the Balai Raya of Kampong Luagan Dudok. The ceremony was led by the village head, Awg Johari bin Hj Maidin.

According to Awg Johari, seven buffaloes were slaughtered on the day. The village head added that the response from the villagers who took part in the Korban event this year was very encouraging compared to the previous years.

Awg Johari further said that the Korban ceremony served to strengthen the ties among the residents of Kg Luagan Dudok.

The Korban ceremony ended with the presentation of the sacrificial meat to the village residents by the village head.
