Bandar Seri Begawan - A Bruneian man in his early 40s died in a tragic motorcycle accident following a collision with a car around the Jalan Mentiri Utama area yesterday afternoon.
The accident reportedly occurred before 3pm.
The owner of the compact MPV, who is in his late 60s, did not sustain any injuries. The headlamps and part of the front bumper of his vehicle were damaged.
The fatal accident comes on the heels of a 15-year-old boy hit by a car as he attempted to cross the main road while jogging along Jalan Jerudong. The boy suffered a broken leg and other minor injuries in the accident last Sunday.
According to a spokesperson of Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF), the fatal accident case is still under investigation.
