Bandar Seri Begawan - YB Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Laila Diraja Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Hazair bin Hj Abdullah, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports and YB Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Hj Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Hj Awang Othman, the Minister of Home Affairs Saturday night showcased their fire fighting skills by extinguishing two bonfires at the Dermaga Diraja before the start of the charity cycling expedition and run to aid the fire victims of Kampong Setia A.

The Minister of Home Affairs used a fire extinguisher to hose down the fire while the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports used a huge sized cloth to douse a separate fire.

On hand to give a brief introduction on the importance of having a fire extinguisher at home was Station Officer Rozita binti Mohd Khamis from the Fire and Rescue Department.
