Bandar Seri Begawan - In commemorating the Maulud Nabi celebrations which falls today, the Ministry of Development held the closing ceremony of the Dikir Maulud at the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque last night shortly after the Isyak prayer.

The guest of honour at the event was the Minister of Development, Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman.

One of the highlights of the ceremonious night was the Dikir Marhaban.

Other ministries and various organisations also held similar events at a number of mosques in the country last night.
