Bandar Seri Begawan - A Filipino man in his 30s produced before the magistrate's court for walking around naked in Menglait was first suspected to be of unsound mind and remanded for mental evaluation at RIPAS Hospital.

The week after, he was found to be responsive in court and declared fit to stand trial.

On Monday, the charge he faced was withdrawn as the defendant was found to have suffered temporary mental disorder.

Jose Jr Abayon Sario was preferred a charge of causing an obscene act in a public place by indecently exposing himself to the annoyance of members of the public in the vicinity of Spg 5, Kg Menglait, Jalan Gadong at about 5.20pm on October 24, 2012.
