Bandar Seri Begawan - A 34-year-old local man was produced in the Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate's Court yesterday to face a charge of receiving stolen property and was ordered to assist investigations in police custody until tomorrow.

Hj Ady Astry Irwady bin Abd Malik is alleged to have received $30 knowing it to be stolen property on October 23, 2012 at the vicinity of Bangunan Desa Delima.

The defendant hired Sheikh Noordin for legal representation.

Senior Magistrate Muhammed Faisal PD Hj Kefli fixed January 16, 2013 (tomorrow) for further mention of the case.

DPP Ak Shahyzul Pg Abd Rahman prosecuted the case.
