Local Man Further Remanded In Cheating Case

Bandar Seri Begawan - A 30-year-old local man was ordered to be further remanded while police complete their investigations, after being produced in the Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate's Court to face a charge of cheating.

Muhd Eddy Hasni Abdullah Amle allegedly cheated a salesman of Tenang Automotive at Spg 100, Jalan Gadong on December 9, 2012 by saying that he would buy four sports rims and having induced the salesman to give up the four sports rims in believing the defendant.

Senior Magistrate Muhammed Faisal PD Hj Kefli fixed January 19, 2013 for further mention of the case.

DPP Ak Shahyzul Pg Abd Rahman prosecuted the case.
