Bandar Seri Begawan - Takmir Committee of Kampong Tanah Jambu Mosque held a Korban ceremony to celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha at the mosque compound.

A total of four buffaloes were sacrificed in the ceremony.

Former Village Head of Kampong Tanah Jambu, Haji Asr bin Haji Baruddin; the Imam of Kampong Tanah Jambu Mosque, Haji Hamdan bin Haji Besar, and Awg Sahrun bin Awang Haji Hashim, deputy chairman of the committee, distributed the sacrificial meat to the Korban participants, orphans and the less fortunate.

A thanksgiving prayer was read by Haji Syamsul Nizam bin Haji Badar, Mosque Affairs Officer of Kampong Tanah Jambu Mosque.

Also participating in the event were the Takmir mosque committee, the committee of Kampong Tanah Jambu Consultative Council and the village residents.
