Bandar Seri Begawan - The Public Works Department (JKR) yesterday held a blood donation drive at the JKR Headquarters in Berakas.

The event saw the participation of many of the department's staff members, whereby some of them were first-time donors.

JKR has previously held similar blood donation drives, and will continue to do so as a way of giving back to the society.

The department also encourages its officers and staff to donate blood outside of the campaigns.
