Bandar Seri Begawan - Some 300 students and teachers from the Islamic Quran Reading Association (IQRA) Primary School held a Tahlil ceremony for the late Qari champion, Haji Mashud bin Haji Awang Damit. The ceremony was held at the school's premises in Manggis Satu.
