Bandar Seri Begawan - Ihtifal TAIB came to a successful close as many of their loyal customers flocked to the Airport Mall in Berakas for the lucky draw.

A collaborated effort between Perbadanan TAIB and its subsidiaries; Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd and Insurans Islam TAIB Sdn Bhd, the event gave away a total of B$20,000 worth of prizes to 49 lucky recipients, which included TAIB Petrol vouchers, Samsung and Apple products, a Scott road bicycle, an Osim massage chair, as well as an Umrah travel package. The prizes were presented by Awg Yusof bin Hj Abd Rahman, TAIB's Managing Director.

An Ihtifal TAM passport was provided during yesterday's event, in which the customers had to fill up by visiting different booths in order to get one lucky draw coupon to enter the draw.

During the four days before the closing, members of the public had a chance to increase their chances for the draw by applying for selected Perbadanan TAI8 products, for which they got five coupons for every Property Financing application, as well as two coupons for every application for Education Financing, Education Kit Financing, Home Improvement Financing, Akaun Si Manja and Akaun Tekad Haji Standing Instruction respectively.

Meanwhile, the grand prize, a brand new Hyundai Accent, was displayed at the entrance of the Airport Mall throughout the four days. The one lucky winner to drive away this special prize will be decided in September, where all the lucky draw participants (who applied for selected Perbadanan TAIB products) from all of the Ihtifal TAIB events, will be compiled and redrawn.

A representative on behalf of Perbadanan TAIB expressed gratitude to Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd, Insurans Islam TAIB Sdn Bhd, as well as other participating partners, namely Brunei Usergroup Lego and Technic (BULAT), Pentagram Design, Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP), Haj Affairs Department, Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam, the Health Promotion Centre (HPC) and all the property agencies, for their assistance to make the event a success.

A donation of B$1,154 was also made to Pusat Ehsan at yesterday's event, which was received by Hj Ahmad Hj Abd Rahman, a member of the board of trustees of Pusat Ehsan.

Ihtifal TAIB will be organised in all four districts throughout this year.
