Bandar Seri Begawan - Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha yesterday consented to receive spouses of High Commissioners and Ambassadors in the country in conjunction with the birthday anniversary of Her Majesty at the Istana Nurul Iman.
