Thought of the Day:
"For many of us, there's a gap between the compass and the clock-between what's deeply important to us and the way we spend our time."

Temburong - Enforcement personnel over the weekend issued summons as part of an ongoing investigation after the discovery of foreigners suspected of misusing their immigration passes whilst in the Sultanate.

A total of nine officers from the Enforcement Unit Division in the Temburong District along with their counterparts from the Immigration Law Enforcement section in the capital descended upon a quarry in the country's second largest district as part of a surprise operation. Seven foreign workers were questioned that led to the finding of a man and woman allegedly in violation of the country's Immigration Act.

Following the investigation based on public information and other sources, two summonses addressed to either their employers or owner of the premises were issued who could face penalties stipulated in Brunei's law if evidence indicates that they have taken on the services of the duo who did not have proper work permits.
