Bandar Seri Begawan - The Tenth Bowling Championship organised by the Brunei Darussalam Bowling Congress in cooperation with Megastrike Bowl and the Youth and Sports Department in conjunction with the 29th National Day of Brunei Darussalam from February 26 concluded yesterday at the Megastrike Bowl, Airport Mall in Berakas.

Firdaus bin Hj Bakir emerged Champion in the Youth Category. Ak Mohd Ardhi bin Pg Omarali placed second and Siti Hawa Natasya Mardhatillah bte Hj Ahmad came in third.

Hj Bakir bin Bungso was named Champion of the Mixed Senior Category. In second place was Pg Hj Ahmad bin Pg Hj Ibrahim and in third was Hjh Siti Norbaya.

Brunei Muara III took the champion's title in the Team Category. Runner up went to Megastrike Youth A. Third place went to Mukim Gadong, NBDTBC B came in fourth, NBDTBC A came in fifth and sixth place went to Megastrike Force.

Mohammad Amirul emerged champion in the Mix Masters Category with 2,249 points and took the Challenge Trophy for 2013. Ak Mohd Ardi with 2,217 total points came in Second Place and Third Place went to Masyadi with 2,216 total points. Firdaus Hj Bakir came in fourth with 2,199 points and Zurina in fifth with 2,174 points.

In sixth place was Pg Saiful Rijal, Pg Rudisofy in seventh, Pg Esham in eighth, Abu Khaledi Yusri in ninth and Harry in 10th place.

Awg Hj Mohd Rozan, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, gave away the prizes to the winners of the tournament.
