Kuala Belait - The Traffic Control and Investigation Department (JSKL) in the Belait District conducted a routine operation along F3/F4 junction at Jalan Tengah, Seria from 9pm until 11pm last Saturday evening.

The roadblock was conducted by a team of 10 police personnel from the Belait JSKL led by Inspector Muhd Fadhillah bin Hj Ibrahim the officer in-charge of JSKL in the Belait District.

During the operation, eight compound offences including four docket offences such as expired road tax, invalid driving license and illegal vehicle modification were detected by the police personnel.

The Department of Traffic Control and Investigation (JSKL) will conduct routine spot checks and operations nationwide from time to time. Among the aims of the operation was to ensure that roadusers abide by the traffic regulations.
