Kuala Belait - At The Roxana Shell Service Station in Seria, a total of 200 Demerit Point Booklets were distributed. Present as the guest of honour was Belait District Officer, Awg Hj Haris bin Hj Othman, who joined in distributing the Demerit Points Booklets.

The distribution was carried out by Brunei Shell Marketing Leadership Team led by Hj Sufian bin Hj Mohd Daud, Head of Competence and Administration of BSM and two of BSM officers, representatives from Land Transport Department led by Licensing Officer Hj Rahman bin Abdullah and also representatives of BSM transportation contractor.
