Power disruptions to occur today and tomorrow.

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Department of Electrical Services (DES) informed members of the public that power interruptions will occur on January 9, 2013 (Wednesday) from 8am till 11am affecting Lot 2370 Spg 369 W9, Lot 4541 Spg 408 W9, Jalan Maulana and its vicinity. Areas such as Jalan Mentiri Lot No 4223 and its vicinity will also be affected from 1.30pm till 4.30pm while Kg Mendaram Kecil and Kg Mendaram Besar and its vicinity will be affected from 9am till 12noon.

The Labi Water Filtration area will be affected from 2pm till 5pm. This is to enable replacement works to be conducted for the DES Mini-Feeder Pillar equipment.

Power interruptions will also occur on January 10 from 9am till12noon affecting the Hua Ho Agricultural Area in Labi. The Dewan Serbaguna will be affected from 2pm till 5pm while Spg 336 X11 Jalan Mumong and its vicinity will be affected from 8am till 11am and from 1.30pm till 4.30pm.

Meanwhile in the Brunei-Muara District, Kg Bebatik Kilanas and its vicinity will be affected from 7.30am till 10.30am on January 10 while Spg 406 Perumahan Pertanian Lampaki and its vicinity will be affected from 10.30am till 1.30pm and Spg 362 Perumahan Lampaki will be affected from 2pm till 5pm. This is to enable maintenance works on DES' 11KV Sub-Station equipment to be carried out.

The department apologises for any inconveniences caused and seek public cooperation on this matter.
