Bandar Seri Begawan - The Department of Electrical Services has informed their customers that in conjunction with the Chinese New Year Celebration 2013, all counters for payment of electricity bills and purchase of pre-paid meter coupons will be closed on Monday, February 11. According to a press release, all counters will reopen on Tuesday, February 12.

Customers who wish to pay for their electricity bills or purchase prepayment meter coupons are advised to do so before the said date. For prepaid meter customers, please ensure that there are sufficient credits through purchase of Powerkad from registered vendors or via SMS. They apologise for any inconveniences caused.
