Bandar Seri Begawan - Brunei Methanol Company (BMC) received visitors from the Department of Technical Education, which included teachers and instructors from schools and colleges such as Wasan Vocational School and Nakhoda Ragam Vocational School. The visit was aimed at equipping the participants with more knowledge on various engineering fields as well as knowledge on methanol processing.

The visitor team was given safety briefing and they were shown BMC Corporate Video. After the video, corporate and technical presentations were presented by the Stakeholders Relations Officer, Quality Compliance Officer and the Operations Engineer. A question-and-answer session was held after the presentation, followed by a souvenir giving session from a representative from DTE Education Officer, Pg Hj Ramlee bin Pg Hj Sulaiman, to Hj Mohd Jamil bin Hj Mohd Salleh, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BMC. Refreshments were served and the visitors toured the plant by bus.

A group photo session was held, ending the visit by the Department of Technical Education.
