Bandar Seri Begawan - As part of corporate social responsibility of the Dental Services Department of the Ministry of Health, a welfare project was carried out yesterday at a house in Kg Pulaie (see photo). The project also involved the Village Head of Kg Pulaie, the Fire and Rescue Department and the Municipal Department.

Among the activities carried-out were to clean up the house, chop trees and renovate the house. Such project would also be extended to others in need.

Among the criteria to be considered include sufferers of terminal illness, under-privileged people with no fixed income and only receive assistance such as old-age pension, no family support or live in solitude. Around 40 participants took part in the project.
