Tutong - A fun mini exhibition showcasing rare snakes, tarantulas and lizards was organised yesterday by Airil Shamril and his team at the Seri Kenangan Beach in Tutong. Scores of visitors especially parents, brought along their children to show them some these exotic pets.
Visitors had the opportunity to take a photo with these rare reptiles such as the Albino Burmese Python, Ball Python and Milk Snake among others.
Geckos, tarantulas, scorpions, iguana, a friendly white-feathered parrot and even a baby crocodile were also on display. According to Baharul Azimat, or fondly known as Bibeh, "If one knows the proper ways of handling these amazing creatures, keeping them as pets can be so much fun. It might be difficult at first but as time goes by, you'll eventually get used to it." Bibeh and his team were extremely happy with the success of the event.
"We are actually based in Kuala Belait and to have conducted a mini exhibition in Tutong is just amazing. We had an excellent turnout and are extremely happy with the response from the general public."
Bouncers set up to further enliven the exhibition provided more excitement for the little children after their mini tour of the reptile exhibition.
