Bandar Seri Begawan - Concepts Computer recently treated its staff to an "Eat All You Can" fruit fiesta at the ongoing Fruit Festival Exhibition in the capital for their hard work in the last few IT exhibitions they were involved in.
Present at the treat was the General Manager of Concepts Computer, Mr Vincent Pao and spouse, who were on hand to greet and mingle with the staff as well as invited guests including those from the local media.
"This event serves as a treat for the hardwork and determination of our staff who were engaged in the last three exhibitions we participated namely the TechExpo 2012, DST Carnival and B.Mobile Carnival. At the same time we are supporting the Fruit Festival Exhibition," said Mr Pao.
Those present had a good serving of local fruits particularly the King of Fruits, local white and yellow durians.
The car park just across from the Royal Regalia building was filled with the strong aroma of durians as well as other popular local fruits with more than 50 vendors participating in the two-week exhibition.
Aside from the rows of local fruits also displayed are processed foodstuff and handicrafts from the 'One Village, One Product' campaign set up by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The festival sought to provide the various mukims and village consultative councils in Brunei with the opportunity to sell their locally grown fruits and serve as a platform for the development of products made by the residents of maim and villages to achieve the goal of 'One Village, One Product'.
