Bandar Seri Begawan - After the court summoned a local man's presence by issuing a warrant of arrest on his absence to answer a case of causing hurt, the defendant was produced before the Magistrate's Court in the capital.

The victim who is the wife of the defendant informed the court she was willing to discontinue the charge against the defendant.

Senior Magistrate Muhammed Faisal PD Hj Kefli, then compounded the case against Pg Rahim bin Pg Hj Damit for hurting Noor Aini binti Hj Adam at Anthony Tours & Travel Agency office on the afternoon of October 7, 2010.

Prosecuting Officer Amiriah Hj Ali prosecuted the case.
