Bandar Seri Begawan - An eight-member delegation of the Fu Zhou Shiyyi Association yesterday left the country to join the Fu Shou Canterbury Christchurch Association's 20th anniversary celebration in New Zealand.

The trip also aims to forge new ties with the Association. Brunei Darussalam Fu Zhou Shiyyi Association, establsihed last year in November, has vowed to serve the country and His Majesty.

The delegation to New Zealand is led by Dato Lee Ching Siong, advisor of the association, and consists of Ngieng Soon King, Kang Ho Kiong, Kong Poh Lang, Wong Sing Ping, Hwong Siew Nyee and Ting Wong Hee.

The delegation will also visit some of the tourist spots in New Zealand.
