Bandar Seri Begawan - About 100 officers and staff of Borneo United Enterprise Sdn Bhd, led by its Managing Director, Stanley Lim Hock Ghim, yesterday took part in a blood donation event for the Blood Bank Unit of the RIPAS Hospital.

The event is part of the company's social responsibility to help the RIPAS Hospital's Blood Bank to collect blood and save the lives of that in need.

It was also one of the company's annual charity events.

The company has organised the event twice yearly for more than five years already.

The campaign yesterday was the first blood donation campaign this year and the second campaign is expected to be held in October or November.
