Bandar Seri Begawan - A Borneo Bulletin journalist has been given the privilege of visiting London to participate in the Malaysia Airlines Airbus A380 double daily inaugural flight and media familiarisation trip.
The Malaysia Airline Airbus A380 has been flying to London since July 1, 2012 and became one of the eight operators of the super-jumbo A380.
Customers can enjoy the award winning in-flight hospitality on this latest aircraft. The airline also plans to operate Kuala Lumpur-Sydney return route and Kuala Lumpur-Tokyo towards the end of the year.
From today onwards, the airline will fly twice daily to London, leaving Kuala Lumpur in the morning and in the evening.
During his stay in London, the Borneo Bulletin journalist, along with other media representatives from Malaysia's TV and print media, as well as print media from the Philippines, will visit the MAS London Office and meet Regional Vice President UK/Europe, Huib Gorter.
He is also expected to visit the Battersea Power Station at the south bank of River Thames, the Malaysian High Commission and tour the Warner Bros Studio. The media representatives will also attend a briefing at the MAS golden lounge, Satellite building, KLIA.
