Bandar Seri Begawan - Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD), through a joint initiative by its Syariah Department and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) prgramme, and in collaboration with the Department of Mosque Affairs, organised a mass 'Sunnat Hajat' prayer at the Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Mosque in the capital for the safety and protection of Muslims in Gaza, and the of the Rohingya in Myanmar.

The Sunnat Hajat prayer was held before the mass Friday prayer.

Members of the public are invited to join the mass prayer, which is organised in efforts to support the call that was made during last Friday's sermon to seek help and guidance from Allah the Almighty for the safety and protection of residents in Gaza, as well as Muslims around the world.
