Kuala Belait - As part of the monthly activities of the Belait District Office, Awg Hj Haris bin Othman, the Belait District Officer held discussions with members of the Kg Pandan 'C' Village Consultative Council (MPK Pandan 'C') on Thursday night at Kg Pandan Community Hall in Kuala Belait.

The purpose of the discussion was to find out about the development and problems faced by the villagers. It also served to strengthen bonds with the villagers and let them know about the roles of the Belait District Office and the roles of Mukim Penghulus and village heads in the affairs of the community.

By holding the discussion, members of MPK Pandan 'C' were also advised about their duties and obligations.

Also taking part in the discussions was the village head of Kg Pandan C, Awg Hj Affandy bin Awg Damit, as well as officers from the Belait District Office.
