Bandar Seri Begawan - The Arabic Preparatory School organised a prize presentation ceremony for its best Primary Five and Six students who excelled in their academic and Arabic subjects. The ceremony was held at the school's surau.

The guest of honour at the event was Ustaz Hj Hasbi bin Hj Mohd Suhaily, the Head of the Inspectorate at the Islamic Studies Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs. Also present were Ustazah Rashidah binti Hj Talib, the Principal of the Arabic Preparatory School, teachers and parents.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of verses of Al-Quran by the recipient of the best academic award and exemplary award, Dyg Siti Hannani bind Ramli. This was followed by a speech by the guest of honour.

A special mention was also announced for the best teacher award and it went to Ustazah Alimaswati binti Damong Omarali.

In addition, certificates of appreciation were also presented for the participants of the "Junior Thinking Odyssey" programme.

The event concluded with a photo session of the students with their parents.
