Blood Donation Campaign To Mark 52nd RBAF Anniversary

In conjunction with the 52nd anniversary celebration of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), a blood donation campaign was held at Bangar Camp, Temburong involving personnel from the 2nd Battalion of Royal Brunei Land Force. The campaign has also been extended to all units under the RBAF at all military camps. The blood donation campaign aims to render support and illustrate RBAF concern towards the local community in contributing to the national blood bank. It also serves to instil the charitable attribute in each of the military personnel that donating one pint of blood would save lives. Since the campaign was held until now the RBAF personnel has successfully collected 215 pints of blood. The campaign is not only open to RBAF personnel but RBAF families and ex-service personnel are most welcome to donate in the goodwill campaign. The next blood donation campaign is scheduled to take place next Tuesday, May 21 at the Royal Brunei Malay Reserve camp in Rimba.
