80 Fines Handed Out To Traffic Offenders In Back-To-Back Operation

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Traffic Control and Investigation Department of the Royal Brunei Police Force issued 80 fines to errant motorists during a back-to-back operation conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Sidik bin Serudin led 15 personnel during the operation yesterday at Jalan Gadong, which saw five fines being handed out to motorists.

Another 23 fines were handed out to motorists at Jalan Estate Gadong, in an operation conducted by team of 26 policemen led by Muhd Nadi Nabilah bin Muhd Musa, who was assisted by Md Saiful Rizam bin Hj Junaidi and Muhd Sahrin bin Hj Gamok.

During the previous day on Tuesday, a similar operation was conducted at the Lambak Kanan road heading in the direction of Berakas, which saw 50 fines given out to motorists for speeding.

Other offences recorded include one case of a modified licence plate and one case of an illegal modification (car spoiler).

That operation was managed by Sidik bin Serudin and 15 policemen under his charge.
