Bandar Seri Begawan - Two foreign men were sentenced to jail for three months, with three strokes of the cane, after they pleaded guilty to overstaying in the country before the Bandar Magistrate's Court yesterday.

Indonesian national Budi Wiyogo was caught during a raid at a house in Kg Lambak and Thai national Phob Nilklang reported himself to the Immigration Enforcement Section.

Both were found to have held expired social visit passes.
