A moss-covered ruined mill in a forest - made famous as the backdrop for an iconic movie video - is up for sale.
Silk Mills in Somerset was where Bryan Adams shot the video for his monster hit (Everything I do) I Do It For You.
The song topped the British charts for a record-breaking 16 weeks in 1991 and was the theme for the film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, starring Kevin Costner.
Now, fans with £60,000 to spare are being given the chance to buy the 18th Century mill and the 1.3 acres of forest it sits on.
The site, just outside Holford, is being sold by the League Against Cruel Sports, which will retain sporting rights over the land.
The structure is thought to date from the 18th century when French Protestants began making cloth there.
It is believed to have been part of a larger mill complex, with the footings of larger buildings still visible on the site.
Richard Stagg from Seddons estate agency comments: "We have been inundated with inquires. It is an old site in a fantastic location with great potential."
