I have been going around many shops for the past few days but I'm unable to purchase the $5 DST Easi card and was told that there was "no stock".

I hope DST can kindly consider the plight of people with large families who are using this service and not to put unnecessary financial strain on their budgets.

We have no choice but to buy the $10 cards or have our credits terminated on expiry. My family members are loyal users for many years and expect better services.

I am sure many will agree with me that this is not the first time that it has happened that $5 Easi cards have run out of stock.
