I was amazed at the way some salespeople behaved at a supermarket in Kuala Belait.

Going straight to the point, they were unfriendly, arrogant and quite rude.

When my parents were about to pay for our goods, they didn't show respect and simply threw our purchases into bags.

This has happened many times.

It's not just one staff but many of them. I wonder why it is so hard to show some respect?

Being tired is not an excuse to treat your regular customers this way.

Once you treat customers rudely you cannot take back the hurt caused to your business anymore.

They forget that the customer is king.
