I believe this opinion should be read by the public as the concern which I am voicing out is about vandalism that is utmost disrespectful.

I have been in Brunei for almost all my life and Brunei is my home.

All my work is related to help Bruneians and I find the people gentle.

I also find Bruneians to be very helpful as they always want to help others.

However I have witnessed something disgraceful in Kg Mentiri.

Vandalism.

Vandals have destroyed the simpang name boards in the Perpindahan.

This has happened along the Kota Batu Road as well as the Kg Dato Gandi signboard.

But the most disturbing part is, at the entrance of the Kg Mentiri Ugama School, someone has vandalised the signboad and it has been in the same vandalised state for 12 months now.

The vandals destroying public property is bad enough.

But the case not being attended to, for the past 12 months is worse.
