Is it correct that the Municipal Department does not allow hair and beauty salons to be opened at commercial shops of first floor and above.

Many salon owners seek clarification from Bandaran about this? We have invested our time, effort and money into it yet it is always rumours which freak us out. May we please request a clear directive/clarification from the Municipal? The public would be so grateful.
