Apologising For Road Rage

I would like to apologise to the driver of one of the cars that I overtook on his/her lane, as I was angry I was heading in the Serusop direction from the Manggis roundabout. Each round has two lanes. From the fin Berakas lane I was on the right lane, then I needed to change to the left lane to turn into Manggis Hua Ho-Serusop direction.

I already signalled from Jln Muara that I needed to move to the left lane. At the Sg Akar lane, there was a black car on the right and a red car on the left.

The black car stayed on its lane so I turned to the left lane as I had indicated, but while I was in the middle of the left lane, the red car suddenly came out so fast that I had to quickly turn back to the right lane. Luckily my right lane was still clear.

I was so angry with that red car that had come out of its lane while I was already in the middle of it, that I decided to speed up and overtake him/her quickly to get to the Serusop lane.

The driver was not thinking about the possibility that I could have crashed on to her/ his car, while I was already in the middle of the lane. As the driver just cut into the lane without thinking about the risk to my life, I was annoyed and made the mistake of speeding up and overtaking her/him.

But still, thinking back, I understand I shouldn't have done that.

The road is not a playground that we can do whatever we want. To be safe we have to be patient and calm.
