A scissor-wielding intruder police arrested on the grounds of Miley Cyrus' home has been ordered to stay away from the teenager for the next three years.

He was convicted of trespassing and sentenced to serve 18 months behind bars, but due to jail overcrowding issues in Los Angeles, Rivera is scheduled to be released in May.
