It's a fair guess that Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry isn't feeling very thankful today.

Not after Aubrey was injured and arrested following a brawl with the Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez outside the actresses Los Angeles home on Thanksgiving morning.

LAPD Hollywood Division tells E! That "a radio call came in around 10 a.m. to respond to the 1100 block of Doheny Drive. When officers arrived two male individuals were involved in a physical altercation."

According to police Aubry, was transported by LA Fire to a local hospital for treatment and subsequently booked at the Metro Detention Center for battery.

Aubrey's bail is reportedly set at $20,000 dollars and police did not know if Martinez had requested medical treatment.

TMZ reports that the altercation began after a custody handoff when Aubry dropped daughter Nahla off with her mother. They say that punches were thrown and that both men were later treated for injuries at the same emergency room.
