National Insurance Lends Helping Hand To BDNAB
National Insurance Lends Helping Hand To BDNAB
The donation was collected through the Charity Car Boot sale, which was organised recently, whereby a minimum of 50 per cent of each participant's sale was contributed.
NICB would like to express their gratitude to those who have participated in this charitable event.
The BDNAB is a non-profit organisation run by its own members and it currently has 55 members who are visually impaired. Other than running different kinds of activities and services for the visually impaired in Brunei Darussalam, the association also hopes to improve the situation of the visually impaired in the fields of education and employment.
The cheque was presented to the President of BDNAB, Awang Jamary bin Danggat by Mr Kolja Klawunn, General Manager of National insurance at their Head office at Regent Square in Kampong Kiarong. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
