The workshop was launched by the spouse of the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs, Datin Hajah Maimunah binti Haji Omar.

The Taharah Muslimah workshop saw the presentation of the working paper "Kaifat Mengangkat Hadas Besar", presented by Cikgu Hajah Kamaliah binti Haji Kassim and Cikgu Hajah Siti Huzainayati binti Haji Abd Kadir.

The chapters of Taharah, 'Mandi Wajib' and Tayamum were also discussed.

The main aim of the workshop was to bring some understanding to the Muslimah of the taharah thus following the Islam syariat (rules). It also aimed to strengthen ties amongst the KUPUSB students and the Muslimah of the village.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
