Bandar Seri Begawan - Arts and Culture Competition 2009 winners showcased their talents in performances at The Mall, Gadong recently. Present was the Deputy Permanent Secretary (Corporate Services) at the Ministry of Education, Dayang Hjh Norjum binti Hj Yusop.

The winners in the 10 categories are: Primary level hadrah won by Kiarong Primary School; Tarian Brunei Ash 'Alus Jua Dindang' won by Hj Mohd Jaafar Maun Kiulap Primary School; Primary level National Day Choir won by Kiarong Primary School; Women's hadrah won by Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit Religious Arabic Secondary School; and Sultan Omar 'Ali Saifuddien College won the National Day Choir category.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
