Bandar Seri Begawan - A Meeting was held at the Multipurpose Hall of Lambak Kanan Religious School yesterday.

Organised by the Adult Class Aflahal Mukminuun, to discuss about the teachers, allocation of adult students for IQRA classes, new registration intakes, "Murattal" and Tarannum for 2009 to 2010, the appointment of new committee members and many others.

Twenty-nine teachers comprising 13 female religious teachers and 16 male religious teachers attended the meeting.

The meeting began with the recital of surah al-fatihah led by the chairman, Mudim Haji Metassim bin Haji Metassan, followed by a welcoming speech by the chairman.

Also present at the meeting were the Head of Co-Curriculum Unit and Continuing Education, Cikgu Mohd Said bin Abas and some of the unit's staff.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
