B-Mobile POOR Service All Round

Hi, I would be interested to hear from anyone who has subscribed to the Zoom Broadband service from B Mobile. At $60 per month the speed I get is slower than dial up - therefore 28KBPS in the Rimba area...instead of getting a few Mbps!! I complained many, many times and was told they are upgrading their service/network etc. So 2 months later and $120 spent, still nothing has improved.
The last thing they did was to take my brand new modem replaced twice for checking by their technicians. I was told a maximum of 3 days wait. After 10 days, still no call nothing. So I called them again...and they just said I have to wait more!!! So we will be coming to 3 months and paid for nothing. I am planning to take it to the Senior Manganement of the company in order to get some compensation as this is very poor service. Do share you experience so I can see if this is just with me please!! Thanks.

If there's an organization out there to protect consumer's right in Brunei, we might be seeing some companies being sued for misleading!!!

I think there should be a consumer protection law against this type of shoddy service provider. If they cannot provide the level of service that they claimed, then there should be a refund, or some form of compensation until the server is properly upgraded.
Disappointed.
